[MUSIC PLAYING] WorkFirst Work
Study is a program to assist TANF students in
working up to 19 hours per week while they are enrolled
in college training. Students will gain
new valuable skills, as well as bring their previous
strengths and experiences to the workplace. Students will be able to
practice what they are learning at their work site. For eligibility,
students must be enrolled in classes
at Highline College, and enrolled in the same
quarter they are employed. Students must be
receiving TANF, and be referred by DSHS RA 3AN 0. Students must maintain
good academic standing. Applications can be located
at the building six Women’s Programs department, or
