Wiesbaden Middle School Closing Ceremony

I am with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on behalf of my boss, Colonel Baker, the Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In case you don’t know what we do, we build stuff. We just, that’s what we do, we build stuff. What we did for you guys, we built you a new middle school. No one will ever come back to this school
again, and you guys, you staying, have another year of middle school, are going to be the
first students ever to attend that school. Brand new, new car smell, new everything,
is that right? So I need some engineers to come out of that school, some engineers to come out of that high school, cause we’re gonna keep building stuff, all right? So, I know I’m between you guys and, I think,
what is today is the last day of school, right? [Cheers] I’m going to leave you with a quote from a
special song that we used to sing when I was a kid. So I quote Mr. Alice Cooper, “No more pencils,
no more books, no more teachers’ dirty looks, school’s out for summer.” [Cheers]
