Insights Spring Schools: Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon

Natasha: I think this week’s been really helpful for these students because they’ve been able to see all the different pathways
that they might go down and see all the opportunities that are available to them. Poppy: They’ve really informed us on everything
that’s going on here and how they can help us and encourage us to go to
university in the future. They’ve been really helpful. Miracle: It’s very hands-on and
I’m very used to painting and drawing.. so it’s just a very different experience.
Plus the studios are just so much bigger. Ben: Everyones really good. They’re very collaborative. We all kind of go, “Oh wow, that’s a
really good idea! Let’s do it!” and everyone’s was really positive. It’s
quite a good environment to work in. Miracle: I came in definitely wanting to do fine art and I’m kind of rethinking, would I want to do something else? Ben: I think I felt
quite nervous because I was coming with no one from my school, so I was kind
of ready to make friends but then I was a bit hesitant at first. Teodora: Wow, first when I came in I was a bit anxious, I was like, “I don’t know was it’s gonna be like?” “What the people gonna be like?” “How are they gonna treat me?” “What’s it going to be about?” “What are we gonna do?” But now I’m doing it, I love it!
