Interview with Rigoberto Urán What do you think is most important
when you travel to another country? For me it’s the language.
Most important is to be able to communicate. When you are in another country,
if you don’t know the language you are lost. How do you communicate with
your fans when you travel? English is obviously important
because I have fans all over the world. And to communicate within your team? For everything related to racing,
all the technical talk is in English. Do you think that it’s easier to learn
a language when you’re abroad? Yes, I think it’s much easier because
you’re learning all day long. You are not just in class for 3 hours
– you are in class 24 hours per day. What Spanish expression have you
taught your teammates? I’ve taught them to say “Take it easy”:
“Tranquilo papito, no se preocupe”.
