  1. I want to thank you for not only putting up this video but all your other videos. Currently I'm a senior in High School and will be entering into a Bachelor of Arts in September. In the past few months or so I've been thinking about the future and suddenly my being an Elementary School teacher really just clicked into place and I suddenly realized what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Seeing these types of videos is just solidifying this plan and helps me see just what I could be doing after University, which is extremely helpful.

  2. I am a senior in high school and I'm debating or not to be an elementary school teacher and this really helped me think about it more because you have such a great system going on and I love working with kids and I can also see you do as well. Keep up the good work!

  3. Thank u very much for the video….. I am going to incorporate the 31 days folder into my class now…thanks a lot for this idea….I am sure its going to help a lot of teachers 😁😊

  4. This is a very good video. You don't seem to have that many students. Which makes it easier on teachers. Where I'm from most classes could have up to forty kids which makes teaching very stressful. I'm assuming only a few were just included to help with your video. It takes a special person to be a teacher but mainly you need to be super organized which you seem to be. Thanks for sharing.

  5. I am.amazed how u printed rhose stuffs…
In my prev job we teachers had to run after our suoervisor for evey small thing… need pen? Get a sign frm supervisor… the balloon size is wrong… blah blah blah… for every single word we say we needed to record it to our suoervisor… this was just annoying

  6. Wow! Busy day🙌🏾 I am a 4K Teacher. We do most of the same thing but within a different way.

My short term goal is to become a certified kindergarten teacher like you one day. 🍎✨

I make sure my classroom is neat as all times! Unfortunately…. I don’t have a co teacher for assistant😢

However, this was a great video🥰🥰

  7. in my house we have a office. and the hole office is for me to play teacher. when i grow up i want to be a teacher

  8. 18:00 you did a good job of preparing for tomorrow and teach your kids what to do during a tornado. I'm a Tornado expert and certified Storm Spotter for national weather service.

  9. Thank you so much for showing this awesome video. As a college student, I'm trying my best to work my way to become a Teacher myself. I'm majoring in early childhood education and by watching your video, this gives me an inspiration and a learning tool. =^x^=

  10. I'm in AL, too!!! I will be a senior in college in the fall. I also want to teach kindergarten. I've been having thoughts like, "What if I am a bad teacher? What if…" I always love to watch these videos to gain my confidence back up!

  11. Been a follower for a while now, but I will be switching next year to kindergarten. I started looking back through your kindergarten videos. They are so very helpful wrapping my mind around how little these guys will be!

  12. Your kids were all behave and you seem to have a lot of work. I love your piling thingy as well as your organizing things for the day

  13. I'm glad the parents of these kids didn't complain for including them and showing their faces on your vlog 🙂 But I like your vlog.

  14. 7:55 Doesn’t that look like the room of the vine when the teacher trips over the whiteboard and lands face first on the floor, or is it just me again?!🤨🤔

  15. Hello lovely,

I’ve just subscribed to your channel and I wanted to let you know that I love your content. You are showing what it’s really like to teach everyday and it’s great to see other inspirational teachers sharing in this space.

I hope you’re having a great year with your students.

    Happy Teaching
    Amy Louise

  17. Hi! Thanks so much for sharing your day. Can you tell me more about your counting jars in the morning? Thanks!

  18. 11:20 do you have a vid to explain the " My Calendar " where kids easily pick concepts of days, week , month etc.

And also the patterns, number spacing etc with how many days we are at school.

This would help in my school project.
    Thanks a lot.

  19. Thank you for this video. I’m an esl teacher in Turkey and try to learn the teaching routines and strategies in Us . It really helped a lot to get how it runs in class in us. Thank u very much. The thing I couldn’t find how you plan and arrange your resources through your curriculum. Do you make ready everything like for all the units. Or when you decide what to do in classs or which resources you will use?

  20. i wish i was this put together in life. im going for a degree in early childhood and im looking at this and i feel no where close to this level. im starting community college on august 5th and im not too good at academics because i have a hard time concentrating i always zone out. Im always very confused and scatter brained too. i really love kids and i love helping them and being able to teach them things like i did in my childhood ed class in highschool but my approach to teaching was very messy and it was hard to communicate with some of the students. especially the ones who didnt say a word. i ended up making him laugh and communicate with me later but im afraid it wont be so easy and i will fail miserably. i just want to be able to be successful in this career because its all i want

  21. Not to be nosey. I just love your site, but I am curious if you had to have your students sign a release waiver in order to film them?

  22. U r doing a great video on helping people who want learn what a primary school teacher's work looks like, well done!!!

  23. I remember a moment in 3rd grade that I decided I wanted to be an elementary school teacher. For yearsss I've been dreaming about what it would be like to be in middle school, and then high school, and then college and so on. Now I'll be starting my first year in college as an elementary education major and I recently got an interview at KinderCare (wish me luck!)! It feels like I have waited a lifetime for this and I'm closer than ever. Over time, I've been so focused on working to get to this point that I forgot exactly what it was that made me want to be a teacher, other than my love for kids. Watching your video reminded me why I've always felt this way! When you're out of that setting for 7+ years, you tend to forget what it is like. So, I just want to thank you so much for posting this. It will definitely stick with me for a very long time 🙂

  24. I'm 27 and have been teaching English abroad for 3 years. I graduated with my BA in 2016 (unrelated to teaching) and now I've been considered becoming a kindy teacher for the past 2 years. Thanks for this vid.
